			Sport Supply Group, Inc. is one of the largest direct suppliers of sporting goods and leisure products to the institutional marketplace in the United States. The Company markets its products under the following names:




			The Company's customers include schools, universities, governments, youth sports organizations and leagues, military facilities, YMCA's, camps and a wide variety of other organizations. The Company markets its products through several catalogs. These catalogs are developed under several different marketing entities and are well known in the sports industry. Some of the more well known catalogs are BSN Sports, MacGregor Team Sports, PORTaPIT, Champion Barbell, U.S. Games, and New England Camp. The Company sells over 8,000 different products to over 100,000 customers. Many of the Company's products are manufactured here in the United States.
